(Mono), close to M- disc, 12" reference acetate, single-sided, 'Straight Ahead' seems to have been released on the LP 'Vintage' though this may be an alt. take, 'Boogie' may be unreleased? (I couldn't locate the track), & 'Evil' came out as 'Evil Is Going On' but this is certainly an alt. take from the track that was released
